• Selected items can be returned or exchanged within 5 days from the date you received your order. Selected items include any item received which is indifferent to the ordered one, including but not limited to incorrect size, incorrect color and damaged.

• All returned merchandise must be in NEW/ORIGINAL and resalable condition with all tags and original packaging attached. We will not accept any items that are not in this condition.

• DISCOUNT, FINAL SALE, ARCHIVE, MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS, or due to personal reasons such as color deviation, item does not fit etc., ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE. SICBEE reserves the right for final decision on serving any customer’s case and return due to above reasons will incur $500 admin fee per item.
